This motor assembly includes the full motor, the brake, and the correct axle shaft key. It does not include the freewheel assembly. Jazzy Elite ES – for serial numbers beginning with JC1 Jazzy Elite ES Portable – any Jazzy Elite ES-1 – for serial numbers beginning with JC1 Jazzy Select Elite – for serial numbers beginning with JC1, JB1, or JB3 Jazzy Sport 2 – for serial numbers beginning with JC3
Please note that this left-side motor may be serial number specific depending on the model of Jazzy power chair you have.
